A few words about us
We operate for now ten years, organizing trips to Taal volcano on a daily basis as well as all the other major destinations in Luzon.
We are a legal eco tour operator accredited by both department of tourism (ETR-NCR-00000001-2017) and department of trade and industry (check "tripinas" on the search engine of their website).
Our mission is very simple: we work hard to organize quality trips with zero hidden charges for an affordable budget.
How to book with us
Since we are an e-commerce there will be a step where you need to be online to finalize your reservation. You can inquire through phone or SMS but it will be easier and faster if you just use the inquiry form or send an email to tripinas@gmail.com. Just let us know your tentative tour date and headcount and you will get a full quotation.
Take note that we do not accept walk-ins and we always require a pre payment.
Cancellation policy
Let's make it simple:
- In case we are forced to cancel the trip for any type of reasons, including bad weather and if the tour has not yet started then you will get a full refund or the possibility to reschedule your trip.
- In case you are the one cancelling your tour, regardless of the reason then please advise us at least 7 days before the tour date and you will get a full refund or option to reschedule.
